Q. Doesn't my bank already take care of this for me?

A. In many cases, a bank may return lost funds resulting from fraud once they complete their investigation. On average, this can take up to 90 days. EZShield® advances those lost funds, up to $25,000, within 72 hours once documentation is received, saving your business valuable time and headaches.

Q. Is there a monthly fee?

A. No. EZShield Premium is included with your cheque order. It applies to all of the cheques included in that order for up to 2 years.

Q. Does EZShield Cheque Fraud Protection apply to pre-authorized payments (PAPs)?

A. No. EZShield only applies to losses resulting from cheques that have been physically altered or forged.

Q. For what does EZShield Cheque Fraud Protection advance funds in the event of a cheque fraud incident?
